4.1 Products are manufactured with advanced equipment and certified for safety and reliability.

4.2 Provenance of materials
For purchases of products which include stainless steel, we guarantee that our stainless steel are 316L stainless steel, which has the characteristics of high color retention. The material is relatively hard, not easy to deform, and less likely to cause allergies.
For purchases of products which include brass, we guarantee that our brass are environmentally friendly brass, combined with the coating technology, can achieve a color retention effect similar to that of stainless steel. The color of the gold plating is bright and dazzling, and maintains its luster for years without easy discoloration.
For purchases of products which include Sterling Silver,we guarantee that the sterling silver has a relatively soft texture. It is characterized by being less likely to cause allergies and having highsafety.

17. Eligible for Free Shipping Exchange (Quality Issues):
During the 3-month warranty period, if the product has a manufacturing defect (confirmed by Enfashion’s quality inspection), we will provide a free round-trip shipping exchange service. You may choose to replace the defective product with an identical item or another jewellery piece of the same price point and comparable quality. All round-trip shipping costs for the exchange shall be borne by Enfashion.
18. No Exchange for Non-Quality Issues:
Exchange requests will not be accepted if the product damage is caused by: Human error (e.g., accidental drops, collisions, improper wearing); Misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, water, or extreme temperatures); Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product; Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches on metal surfaces, gradual fading of plating, or stretching of elastic in beaded jewellery due to daily use). This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items (no replacement or refund will be provided for such cases).
